We strongly advice you to use a thread locking adhesive like <a href=\"https:\/\/huma-air.com\/Loctite-2400-Treadlocker-Adhesive-5-ml\">Loctite\u00ae 2400 also<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Changing from a larger caliber to a smaller caliber does not require any modifications to your shroud or moderator, because the bore of the shroud and moderator will be large enough.<br \/>\nWhen you go <u>upwards to a larger caliber<\/u>, you need to check the bore of the shroud and moderator, and if needed open up the diameter of the bore of the shroud and moderator to match your new caliber;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum bore diameter for a\u00a0fixed shroud would be:<br \/>\nCal .22 = 6,5 &#8211; 7 mm. bore<br \/>\nCal .25 =\u00a07,5 &#8211; 8\u00a0mm. bore<br \/>\nCal. 30 = 8,5 &#8211; 9 mm. bore<\/p>\n<p>With an telescopic shroud we would advice you to use a larger bore as there can be some more movement in the construction so the pellets won&#8217;t clip.<br \/>\nMinimum bore diameter for a telescopic\u00a0shroud would be:<br \/>\nCal .22 = 7\u00a0mm. bore<br \/>\nCal .25 = 8\u00a0mm. bore<br \/>\nCal. 30 = 9\u00a0mm. bore<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Dual Hole V-2 Transfer\u00a0Port and High Flow Pellet- and slugprobe <u>OR<\/u> Pin Probe Included:<\/h3>\n<p>The V-shaped transfer opening makes sure you will have the maximum and smoothest air passage area.
